Perinatal Mood Support for Moms and Birthing People

This free, virtual support group is designed for moms and birthing people navigating the emotional ups and downs of pregnancy and the postpartum period, up to two years after birth.

Led by trained peer facilitators with lived experience, this group offers a confidential, judgment-free space to connect with others who understand. Together, we share openly about the realities of perinatal mental health—including stress, overwhelm, identity shifts, anxiety, depression, and the challenges of caring for a new baby—while also building tools for coping and healing.

You do not need a diagnosis to attend. If you’re struggling, feeling unlike yourself, or simply looking for connection and support, this space is for you.
