Grief Yoga 4-Week Series

Grief lives in the body, not just the mind. This Grief Yoga Series is for bereaved parents. It is designed to help process loss and work through feelings like anger, sadness, and guilt using breath, movement, and sound. In this supportive space, we will explore ways to release what we are holding and foster self-awareness. This 4-week class is accessible via chair or sitting on the floor (no prior experience necessary). Participants will experience techniques using gentle movement, breath, and vocal expression while learning tools for healing and reconnection. If you’d like, please bring a journal, water, a yoga mat, and a pen.
