This 90-minute virtual workshop offers supportive, practical guidance to help you prepare for your upcoming birth with greater clarity and confidence. Led by a doula specializing in pregnancy after loss, this workshop will help you explore your options, identify your preferences, and create a birth plan that feels intentional, informed, and uniquely your own.
