The sudden death of an infant or toddler (0–3 years) is a life-altering tragedy. This 8-week virtual group supports parents grieving unexpected loss from accidents, SIDS/SUID/SUDC, or sudden illness. With up to 10 participants, an experienced facilitator, it offers a compassionate space to process trauma, navigate profound grief, and connect with other parents who get it.
Dates: Sept 9-Oct 28
The group will meet on Wednesdays at 4:30-6:30 pm PST/7:30-9:30 pm EST starting on September 9 and ending on October 28 for a total of 8-weeks.
Facilitator: Betsy Winter
$275 per participant. As this is not a couples-specific group, individual registration is required for each participant, even for those in the same household.

What can I expect during a virtual support group?
This virtual support group will meet for 120 minutes each week and follow a structured, topic-focused format that builds from week to week.
Each session begins with a gentle centering practice and check-in.
We then introduce the weekly topic, offering trauma-informed and grief-sensitive education designed to support parents through the many layers and realities of sudden and unexpected loss.
From there, participants are invited into group sharing and facilitated discussion based on a topic-related question.
Groups close with reflective sharing, and when helpful, may include writing, creative expression, or embodiment practices to support integration and nervous system regulation.
How will this support group help me?
Pregnancy, infant, and child loss can feel deeply isolating. One of the most powerful parts of group support is realizing you are not alone.
You will be surrounded by others who understand the pain of this kind of loss and can offer connection, compassion, and community.
You will also receive guidance, tools, and resources to help you navigate grief and support your healing journey.
